He looks short in the official artwork simply because of the space his hair takes. He was scaled down so he would fit in the same format as the others. If they didn't, the top of his hair would be out of frame, lol. You can see in-game that he and Red are pretty much the same height. Though neither of them look like they are above 6 ft.
